Bill Russell has been a freelance illustrator for magazines, books and newspapers for almost thirty years. He graduated from Parsons School of Design in 1976. He was a part time staff artist at the San Francisco Chronicle where he illustrated a weekly panel of sketchbook journalism called Bay Folk. His scratchboard illustrations can be seen at Billustration.com.

Art and Design.
