I have studied calligraphy with a number of master calligraphers for
over 20 years. I do traditional, more commercial calligraphy and also explore the integration of the written form as texture in calligraphic art. I teach privately in my studio as well. More recently I have enjoyed making handmade books and learning about nature printmaking. The books have been a way to integrate my interests.
